Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped.
To cancel, email support@kuhude.in or WhatsApp +91 90000 00000 with your order ID, or cancel from My Orders if the option is available.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery; for prepaid orders the amount will be refunded after the parcel returns to us, minus shipping charges.

Refund on cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by Kuhude

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases you will be informed and receive a full refund.
