2. Products

We try to display products, colours and descriptions accurately. Fragrance perception and longevity vary from person to person and with weather. Images are for illustration.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices and offers without notice. In case of a pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or COD is accepted). We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or non-serviceable addresses.

5. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Product use & safety

Perfumes are for external use only; avoid contact with eyes and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Dhoop cones must be burnt in a heat-resistant holder, away from inflammable materials, children and pets. Kuhude is not liable for misuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Kuhude name, logo, product names, images and content on this site belong to Kuhude and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
